What is the delivery time of the test kit?
When ordering online you can expect to receive your kit within 2-3 working days. We will inform you when the kit has been shipped.
What is the shipping time of the sample?
We typical receive your sample within 2-3 working days. We will inform you when the sample have been received. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you haven't heard anything within 6 working days.
If express flow has been selected, we will receive the sample within hours.
What is the shelfe life of your products?
Our test kit has minimum 12 month of shelfe life. Contact us (email@example.com) in case your product has expired, and we will send you a new free of charge.
My product is expired, what can I do?
In case your product is expired contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will send you a new one free of charge.
Where can I see the expiry date?
You can see the expiry date on the sample tube. It is written in the format year/month, for example 2021/02, were the product must be used before January 2021.
How can I pay?

My product is damaged, what do I do?
